Admission Criteria
- Lives in the Mangaung area. - Be over 18 years of age A diagnosis of a life- threatening disease, that is: - advanced cancer, - Motor Neuron Disease, or - End stage Organ failure, or Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.
Admission Process
All patients accepted into our home care programme must be formally referred by either their doctor or clinic, or contact us directly for an assessment.
